I actually prefer the non-squinty rear lights of the 997.1 Turbo, so I think the new car is actually uglier when the shrek ears are also brought into the mix...

I think the real draw of the 997.2 Turbo is the PDK.

If you want a six speed, I see no reason to trade up or buy a 997.2 Turbo.

Find a low mile 997.1 Turbo from 2008-2009 and mod it just a bit. Same car.
