Come and lose your grip!!!

The only word that I can use to describe Camp4S is WOW
The Porsche instructor were great and the hostesses were extremely friendly and pleasant. We got to drive C4S Mk2s on spiked tires for 3 days on a frozen lake and push them as hard as we can…
Here are some of the piX, will try to post a few vids later… hope you like them

It was freezing in Ivalo, Finland

The garage by the lake…

Our lunches were in this cabin close by

Off you go

Did not take many pix the first day… here is where we went for diner

Checkout the Salmon

Day two… the sun actually came out to play

Going all over the place

The brakes kept freezing up

Back to slipping and sliding

Here I go…

Hello C4S

Back to the garage

Big brother will be for next year

Camp4S Finland - Porsche Camps - Travel Club - Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG
Quote:
The Porsche Driving Experience Center Finland on Lake Pasasjärvi near Ivalo provides the ideal setting for finely honing your driving skills. With 1.5-mm spikes on each tyre, you’ll learn how to control a Porsche on black ice and snow and in some of the most demanding situations.

Day One
Individual travel to the hotel in Ivalo. After check-in, enjoy a welcome dinner at the hotel and relax in preparation for the exhilarating days ahead.

Day Two
After breakfast, it’s time for your first trip to Lake Pasasjärvi. But don’t worry – in temperatures that frequently drop as low as –30 °C, there’s no chance of you finding yourself on thin ice. Porsche instructors are also on hand at all times to offer you expert guidance and advice. After mastering various sections of the course, stop for a well-deserved lunch on the shores of the lake and, later, enjoy dinner in a selected restaurant.

Day Three
Developing your vehicle control on ice and snow requires a considerable amount of practice. That is why you spend as much time as possible at the wheel. But not just in a Porsche. You’ll also get to explore the snow-covered woodland wilderness on a snowmobile tour. In the evening, relax over a dinner of traditional Finnish specialities.

Day Four
The schedule for the fourth day includes some new training units. And, once again, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to put the skills you have learned into practice. After many hours of driving pleasure, it’s then time to say farewell over a well-earned dinner.

Day Five
Individual departure with a wealth of memories to treasure.

Awesome photos, Hani! Looks like you had a blast! Those Aqua Blue C4S's look incredible.

I can't imagine the snow training would come in particularly handy in your corner of the globe but it sure looks like a lot of fun! Thank for sharing your experience.

Did you see Jox?
