G55 powered by RENNtech

There’s something special about making this tank of an SUV accelerate as quick as an SL55! For the past couple of months we have been developing new product for the G55 model. The beautiful white one you see hear is the very first to be equipped with some of these fresh performance and exterior modifications. The power packed list of performance mods include upgraded ECU, Carbon Fiber airbox, Long tube headers, Intercooler Pump upgrade, larger crankshaft pulley, 82mm throttlebody, and custom downpipes with 200 cell cats. This custom designed package boasts power output up to 603hp at the crank, and thanks to 4WD this makes for a truly remarkable driving experience...

Also available is the all new G-Wagon trailer hitch mounting kit designed specifically for 2009 and up G-Wagons. Since Mercedes does not offer a trailer package for the current G-Wagons, RENNtech has engineered reinforcements to mount an OE Mercedes hitch to the vehicle. The heavy duty reinforcement attaches the Mercedes hitch to the G-Wagons frame. An optional modified rear impact panel is also available and required for installation of the hitch. Maximum trailer weight: 7000lb. (3178 kg.)

Looks great and I am sure this thing pack some serious speed. With all the new found power, doesn't brake seems too small for the job?

Should have done a BBK as well.

Actually these brakes are great right out of the box from AMG. Although some 16.2" Renntech brakes would definitely make an improvement.

One of my favorite SUVs ever. Renntech mods are the cherry on the cake.
