Unless your spitting rhymes, poppin bottles and are blinged out for sport, the answer is simple. Cayenne.

your quote "love this truck more than anything. Its the greatest vehicle made"

i say stay with the G, I think they are 2 totally different vehicles and hard to compare. the cayenne is brilliant and so is the G but they are different.

Sweet ride though, I love the g55

Some of you are mean here, lol! I see the appeal of both trucks and the only reason why I would pick the G is because there isn't a truck like it. It's very simple and to the point.

Interesting thread ... my .02

Had a Cayenne great overall car three RR's and now a Range Rover Sport all great cars especially the Sport.

Looked at the Cayenne Turbo - pulled up and got out at the dealer.

Wow great looking and a lot of good updates. Walked around the back and felt queezy like I needed to leave.

The Cayenne of today reminded too much of the cayenne of yesterday and the day before and they are everywhere ... 20k - 140k no real difference.

The G unit in matte black - makes a statement and puts a smile on my face.

The Cayenne Turbo is amazing and a bargain in comparison to it's sisters as stated - still not enough for me to buy one.

Yes the new 2012 G55 will have the 550 hp and a few updates.

G55 2011 Please ...

Even though it does not look or sounds as good I think the g550 is actually a better driver.
This

If you like the G, get a G550 as a daily driver. I am sure those who have driven both the G55AMG + G550 will agree and say they both do not drive the same. The suspension is set up differently, the G550 will get you through your daily routines comfortably as where the G55AMG is stiff and drives more like a tank.

Personally I was about to pull the trigger on a G until I found out they're coming out with an updated version in 2013, can't wait!
