Mercedes SLS Roadster spied in the flesh!

Our Teamspeed spies once again we caught up with the convertible version of Mercedes’ SLS supercar and it seems like they're slowly removing the camouflage and exposing more and more of the lights, grille and air intakes. And unlike the coupe’s gullwing doors, the convertible will have a more traditional entry, as well as an SLR-like powered soft-top. Time-wise, we’re not expecting this version of the SLS to be launched for some time, but we’re expecting a lot more images to surface soon.

 

I am sure this will be awesome to drive, but looks wise the hardtop is much better.

 

I would rather have the SL63 to be honest...

 

They're not exactly hiding it with a red top, now are they. What's the point in covering up all the logo's?? Drove past the SLS the other day. It's not an IN UR FACE LOOK AT ME type of car at all.

Prefer the coupe but I like this as well, reminds me of the 300SL vs Gullwing.

 

I think it looks pretty good even with the convertible roof up.

Looks really good but the coupe is so much better.

 

This thing, open top with that V8.....epic noises will occur.
