I have to believe that this is bunk. Would Aston Martin really want something like this out there when they are still celebrating the One-77. I like the idea of a mid engine car and I think there are parts of the design that would work. However, it is a huge departure from what the company is about and has done before. Also, what's the origin of that 5.7TT engine? There has been a possible relationship with Mercedes since the Ford split but do they have an engine like that? Is that the engine that is about to land in the AMG cars? I would think that if this kind of thing were in the works, Dr. Bez would want more control and keep it a lot quieter. That has been his nature. Having said that, A true Gallardo / 458 Italia competitor would be awesome. The price should be more like 300K though.
