On this forum there is a similar car 11k miles UNSOLD at 83k... Both are 6 speeds, whether a TIP is a plus or a minus is yet to be determined.. Even if it was a plus.. it would be worth no more than a few thousand dollars.. Step up a year... 10K additional at best...

So..being generous.. an 07 Tip would be a very low 80s car against mine... A newer 08 would be a 90"s car against mine... As for mods, that would need to be determined over and above, and additionally im not interested in a modded car, moreso a stock car.. I did enjoy that in your equation you consider mods at FULL price, while on mine at half price..

That being said as i said i would not let the car go for 1/2 price in mods.. The car has basicly just been completed. Yes, youd save some money, not to mention shipping charges to Florida, and a few month wait time..

Im not desperate to sell, and will prob just buy a 997TT as Im certain if I get rid of the Gallardo Ill just want another whether I use it or not..
Agreed on everything you typed except that when you are selling a car with mods regardless of miles...they are USED parts. I factored half as that is what I have seen on high end cars with power adder mods from private sellers. That is what the market is these days (I dont like it either). Ofcourse as you stated you dont have to sell your car...so you are in the drivers seat with price...of course the closer the cost is to half on the mods the faster the car sells imho....the more removed from half the longer you wait....again you dont have to sell so again you are in the drivers seat.

The reason I listed the SPI mods at full price is I assumed you would probably get an unmodded or slightly moded 997 Turbo example and then have to buy the SPI 750 kit etc...again buying it NEW not USED. Thats my logic on the mods for whatever its worth and again on all of those nice mods that you have added...half or the car sits.

Yes, you are correct Tiptronic was an added expense on the 997 Turbo and many in the mainstream like it so add some cash to your 07 estimate. Either way I hope you get what you want and wish you the best of luck.

I certainly agree on the cost of mods... However my car is the car for that someone who is going to be getting a TTG and spend the money anyway.. with my car they can save themselves a little bit of cash... trailering costs.. and alot of time..
