I have heard Jerry Sienfeld mispronounce Porsche on the Jay Leno show several times. It is a common mistake. Nothing to get all high and mighty about.

And I think Ted made it clear in the video that it was meant to be a fun and casual presentation.

I was not distracted by Ted's statement about the weight or his pronunciation of Porsche. In fact, I really enjoyed the video.

Personally, I think there are times when certain nitpicking criticism is better left unsaid.

Ted took a special car out and made this video for our community exclusively. I - for one - was damn impressed by it and appreciate the time and effort it took.

dadc4s, I realize that you probably don't mean to sound like a jerk. But you are coming off that way.

There is a place for exact weights and pronunciation. I just don't think this thread is one of them.

Just my 2 cents.

I'm not getting paid anything to do what I do. It's for fun when I am driving to work. I don't ever expect myself to a real reviewer of any sort because its not my business. I just wanted to offer content for TeamSpeeders, thats all. I was thinking of being more entertaining and less serious in the future.

next time put your cellphone on 'silent'

nice review mate for a 1st time ... U touched on points that really kept me interested, like the fuel economy. We all know the car is fast, but its always good when the reviewer mentions stuff that might surprise the viewers.

Also wondered about the gazillion buttons i see in the car and see you feel the same way that they needed a idrive sort of system to take away that complexity ...

In terms of the content, you hit it pretty much spot on, talked about quality, the ride, performance. Only topic discussion missing id say is how the car fairs when it comes to space ... For rear occupants and boot space as well ... And finally also nice to know if you as the reviewer would take the porsche over the competing marques like the bmw, merc and lexus ... I know its subjective but still good to know

Thanks Ted. I wouldn't have done it any better, except maybe speed and include a police chase as part of the video

Actually if it's one thing I criticize typical Journo's is at the end of the day, they get to give the car back and go write a review on another car. So I'm with dadc4s on getting your facts straight. The facts are bare minimums when giving review, so know them!

And + 1000000000 on Pronouncing Porsche correctly. It's someone's name.

Aside from that good first effort.

(giving reviews you must have thick skin as you can see EVERYONE has an opinion!)

Yea, I have no problem with constructive criticism. If I was being paid to do this I'm sure I would get it right the first time. lol
