| My only idea for the Pana4 is that you build some sort of contraption to disguise the rear so you never have to look at it. Either that, or just avert your eyes.
If you want it to feel faster, just make "vroom, vroom" sounds while driving it. That ought to do the trick.
In all seriousness, the Panamera has a great chassis regardless of the engine. Seems odd to trade in a Z4M on one but if you don't drive the BMW anymore and are in need of a sedan, I'd say go for it.
