"Kevin@ParkPlace: Thanks - I've seen your site before.. Looks like a top-shelf property. I wish you guys the best.. There should be plenty of cars in that market to support it. Do you promote/sponsor a monthly Cars & Coffee there?"

Cars & Coffee is held once month at Ferrari Maserati Fort Lauderdale and is a tradition of ours to attend - FMFL has a great synergistic relationship with Parkplace so we never overlap our schedules. We often do coordinate weekend rallys with a breakfast start at Parkplace - three in the past year to The Collier Collection alone. We celebrate with the ocassional evening cocktail functions in the winter season. You guys have taken our concept to another level and hope we learn from you guys! here are a couple of pictures of our completed project:

I had to take my own (crappy) pics because my photographer friend won't send me 'his' pics.

Cars & Cafe event and Automotorplex have a nice synergy here in MSP.

Appears you're leveraging those types of relationships at your facility too.

Unfortunately, our winters tend to dampen the enthusiasm for 'evening cocktail functions'.

Fantastic job building out your dream garage. You did a great job. The Land O' Lakes GTO Club held their Muscle Car Classic show at this venue a few weeks back and it looks like an amazing place.

The thing that I like most about places like MotorPlex is that it can be a destination to bring together like-minded people who have similar passions. With the availability, code requirements and cost of land in cities becoming increasingly challenging to build large garage additions it makes sense that people are increasingly converting warehouses and industrial buildings in low rent industrial parks or building new "car condos" out in the suburbs because they are more practical.
