I' ve seen this thread for the first time now, and i'm speechless. I just have one question, though: is the GTO real or is it some kind of replica? Congrats to the owner. You, Sir, have amazing taste!

If I remember correctly the recreated 250 GTO seen here started of as a race car for Ferrari ( I believe it was a version of the 275 GTB). When it retired the new owner got it to the factory and changed its look to the GTO, all the work was done by Ferrari and certified.

Oh my gosh! I'm in love. This is the best F-car and any car I have ever seen. Not some new fancy supercars, this Ferrari is the stuff. It makes me want to live in the 60's.
