They did this over here with other 1 series cars over and over again...
Problem: BMW financial aka Chase Manhattan Financial is already doing too many incentives and subsidized rates for leasing. Not to mention they are rapidly loosing marketshare to Mercedes Benz and Audi USA - who are actually crushing the numbers.

I HIGHLY doubt this car will be attainable for 'less wealthy people'. They'll come in for the 1M and drive out with a base 3 series.

The world when the e30 existed was much different, especially in the USA. And most of THOSE clients are driving 911's now....and/or other more- up in the food chain type of cars.

I hope I'm wrong, honestly.

But I doubt it. BMW has been missing the mark a LOT lately. This will be another drop in the bucket of the 'doesn't make much sense righ now' section of the economy.

"oops"...now that sounds more than worrying for the future US market and (maybe?) Euro market sales numbers as well..

A visit in Paris.

The BMW 1 Series M Coupé visited Paris and showed a little bit more of its exiting exterieur.
